I recently read an email from an actress sent to a fellow screenwriter who says there isn't any quality work coming from the area except industrials and indie work that make promises of deferred pay, but only ever works out to copy/credit if lucky. 

Though obviously not EVERY project in the area is 'A work', there are a few stand up individuals who are doing quality 'work' with quality 'work'ers. 

Though there are some indie projects out there that can be quality work, I understand what they mean in some ways. I have been privately dealing with the same results in some ways but still have been building reform with a new and large support system to tackle those very obstacles in 2005. 

In the meantime...you can "stop your bi****ng" as I was once told by a local producer/casting agent because...well, here's new opportunity! Time to get to work Ohio. If you've got the gut, resources and the work ethic: you can put some honorable talent on the map without having to deal with ANY jokers!

Here's to reform and the rise of real talent. Cheers!
