Elyria Summer Theatre Association presents its final weekend of 
performances of the musical "The Wizard of Oz," with shows on July 23, 
24 and 25 in the air-conditioned Elyria High School Auditorium. Friday 
and Saturday shows begin at 8:00 p.m., with a Sunday matinee at 2:00 p.m.

Based on Frank Baum’s classic story, with music and lyrics by Harold 
Arlen and E.Y. Harburg, this production was adapted in 1988 by the Royal 
Shakespeare Company for live stage performance, and strives to look and 
sound just like the famous film. The production features a cast of 60+ 
(plus a cute dog!) directed by J.R. Simons, with music direction by J.T. 
Buck and choreography by Greg Dziama.

located on West Ave. at Fifth Street, just five blocks south of downtown 
Elyria.
