Hi Folks;

I'm condensing my life into a smaller living space in preperation for a move=

to NYC. As a result, I have a nice quality SOFA SLEEPER and LOVESEAT matched=
=20
set that I must sell. They are in excellent condition and are very clean.=20
They've been part of a guest suite, and so have been only sporadically used=20=
for the=20
last year and half. The sofa sleeper mattress pad was bought new and factory=
=20
sealed and has only been used a handful of times.=20

I bought the entire set about 5 years ago for $450.00. I'm asking $180.00=
=A0=20
for both pieces, or Seperately $150.00 for the sofa bed and $65.00 for the=20
loveseat. YOU must move the pieces.....they're in a 3rd floor living room. T=

house is located at roughly the corner of Clifton and Bunts in Lakewood.

These pieces MUST be taken by JULY 31st!!!!!!!!!!
