We are a small chorus trying to determine the OH/NE OH fair market contract 
price for:

1. an Artistic Director with ten years experience and a Masters degree in 
Choral directing.

2. an Artistic Director with 5+ years experience and a degree in Music.

Please let us know your opinion and how you derived the figure or direct us
