I hope to see you there on August 28th !

Even if you are scheduled for a rehearsal or performance that day,  perhaps 
you can stop out for a few hours.  The picnic runs from 1pm until  ???    In 
fact if you want to stay overnight, we now have  approval to allow folks to 
pitch a tent or rent a cabin.  

You can pitch a tent in the field above the campfire area for  free.   There 
is limited availability for rental cabins. Rustic ten  bed cabins are $150 per 
cabin / a group of ten could pay $15  per.  Please let me know if this 
interests you because there is  limited availability.
