We need volunteers for a  variety of simple tasks on the day of the picnic:

Be a host for an hour at the "Welcome  Table"

Collect wood for a few minutes for the  campfire

Assist for 30-60 minutes in the pot luck area of the  dining room

Be a cook for a few minutes at the  grill

and more ...

Please reply to this e-mail and let me know if  you are willing to give some 
of your time on the day of the  picnic.
