excellence and discipline and expects that from the playwright with =
well-written, well-constructed plays that celebrate the African American =
experience. Plays that are multi-ethnic are also welcomed. Through this =
festival, Karamu House Inc, seeks to nurture promising playwrights. =

I am purchasing two amazing houses in Tremont on W. 11th, just south of =
Clark, across from where I live right now. =20

Rental #1 is the downstairs of the front house.  It is a one bedroom =
with living room, dining room, office space, bath (with stand up =
shower), kitchen (with electric stove and oven), basement storage with a =
washing machine and dryer, ADT security system, one window A/C unit, and =
a front porch.  Price is $425 per month not including utilities.

Rental #2 is the upstairs of the front house.  It is a two bedroom (2nd =
bedroom is a loft with a skylight view of downtown Cleveland), with =
living room, dining room, bath (with stand up shower), kitchen (with =
electric stove and oven), mud room, basement storage with a washing =
machine and dryer, ADT security system, and one window A/C unit.  This =
space would have use of the courtyard in between the two houses.  Price =
is $450 per month not including utilities.

hardwood floors and an area rug, a side den or office space (or =
bedroom), a large kitchen (with an electric stove and oven and a =
microwave) with an island counter furnished with barstools,and a bath =
(with stand up shower).   The upstairs is a beautiful one bedroom loft =
with a working fireplace and a view of downtown Cleveland.  The basement =
is the size of the house, clean and well lit, includes a washer, dryer =
and folding table.  There is also a front porch that overlooks a =
courtyard and a back yard private oasis that you have to see to believe. =
 Price is $650 per month not including utilities.

There is a driveway which is not assigned to any apartment but can be =
negotiated as part of the rental.  All properties include water and =
sewer only.
