Raymond Forchion, Award winning actor, writer, producer and director, headed 
the Screen Actors Guild LA Casting Committee for six years. Aside from several

Generation, Golden Girls, Will and Grace, Wiseguy, In the Heat of The Night, 
and had recurring roles on General Hospital, and Miami Vice. He has starred on 
stage and in almost 100 commercials. With several screenplays under his belt, 
Ray is a produced writer, and associate produced the Oscar nominated Last

Philosophy: Mr. Forchion believes the secret of acting is that there is no 
secret. The craft of acting must be de-mystified and made more practical and 
immediate. Acting is a state of being and action, not of introspection and self 
indulgence. No Mumbo Jumbo! Ray gets the performer out of his own head and 
allows him to be presented to the marketplace. Raymond's philosophy is that an 
actor has to keep active and visible. Actors also need to be nurtured. The 
business beats us up enough. The greatest actor in the world if he or she is unseen, 
is often considered bad as the worst.
