If you are burning DVD-Rs to promote your performance or making your own
movies, here's a link to a company that sells DVD-R discs at a special
rate online.

I've ordered from them before without any problem, and with these 4x
generic dvd-rs, they just dropped their price to $8.50 including free
shipping (UPS Ground), should consder them. Now, they are NOT ink
printable ones, means you have to put label on it (having label printed
might decrease the life spam of a dvd-r). Here's the link:

(although it never had problem with me during burning - from 1x to 4x,
it might with you, so that's a 'risk' to take by ordering generic ones).
I personally never  liked memorex dvd-r they seems to be troublesome
(had 100 of them and they just came out 80 bad burning at 1x speed).

Also, Pioneer's 108 dvd burner that burns all type of dvd (+r or -r) and
4x burn to dual layer dvd+r (up to 9gig of capacity) are now down to $87
(including shipping), OEM model (means no software, just the drive),
price is still dropping.
