Guys and Dolls is written by Abe Burrows and Jo Swerling, with lyrics =

music by Frank Loesser. This production is directed by Nathan A. Lilly =

music directed by Melissa DeGuire.

Set in Damon Runyon=92s mythical New York City, this oddball romantic
comedy=97considered by many to be the perfect musical comedy=97soars =
with the
spirit of Broadway as it introduces us to a cast of vivid characters who
have become legends in the canon: Sarah Brown (played by Melissa =
Pacetti),
the upright, but uptight =93mission doll,=94 out to reform the evildoers =
of
Times Square; Sky Masterson, the slick, high rolling gambler who woos =
her on
a bet and ends up falling in love; Adelaide (played by Shannon =
Pemberton),
the chronically ill nightclub performer whose condition is brought on by =
the
fact that she=92s been engaged to the same man for 14 years; and Nathan
Detroit (played by Steve Brown), her devoted fianc=E9, desperate as =
always to
