I have one rental still available on W. 11th St in fabulous
Tremont: the Downstairs of the Front house.   
It is a one bedroom with living room, dining room, office
space (each of which are fully carpeted and have been
recently cleaned), a bath (with stand up shower), kitchen
(with electric stove and oven), basement storage with a
washing machine and dryer, ADT security system, and a front
porch.  The price is $425 per month which includes Water and
Sewer only; all other utilities are renter's responsibility.
 There is also use of the back yard private oasis that you
have to see to believe.  The unit is available immediately. 
Pets are fine with a deposit.

Two wonderful artistic couples are already residing in the
Upstairs and Back house.  We are looking for one last
individual or couple who want to experience the joys of
Tremont.
