Historic Brooklyn Centre is having a Candlelight Christmas House Tour on
Sunday, Dec 5 from 2-8 PM. The organizing committee would like to have
several small groups of carolers and musicians for the event.
Instrumentalists would perform in the homes on the tour, and vocalists could
perform both outdoors and indoors. We are looking for traditional Christmas
music (Please! No "Grandma Got Run Over by a Reindeer"!) or
folk/classical/jazz music appropriate for the holidays. Volunteer musicians
will be given credit on the event website and program, a place to put
promotional material or sell CDs at the reception, as well as free admission
($15 value) to the tour event and reception. Established groups and
individuals looking to have fun caroling are welcome. If you are on your
own, we will help you connect with other interested individuals.
