Join us for an exceptional afternoon with 70 year old folk artist Edwin
George. Edwin is a full blooded Eastern Band Cherokee who resides in Kent.
His English is limited, but his pictures paint a thousand words. Dona
Green helps translate and is an accomplished storyteller as well. Together
they continue a tradition that dates back centuries, if not millennia.

Since food is such an important part of one's culture, Dona has offered to
cook some traditional corn, beans, and squash. These are also foods
consistent with what would have been served at the first Thanksgiving meal.

And to top it off, The Northeast Ohio Flute Circle will perform from 3:30 to
4:00pm.
This promises to be a memorable, cultural event.

Thank you for supporting the Arts,
