Artist's Musing:

It's not who you know, it's who knows you. Quit holding on to your work
because you fear it's not quite right. One of my early music videos was for a very
talented young artist. When they saw the finished piece they were very
critical of their own performance and the interesting twist that the video had taken.
I still use that piece whenever someone requests a sample. That piece alone
has generated more business for LVE than any other. It's hard to imagine where
this person might be today if they hadn't been so self-critical.

Custody: Is in the hands of an investor. After the last newsletter Mayf
Nutter contacted me. We struck up a dialogue, and shortly thereafter I sent him a
copy of Custody as a sample of my work. He loved the script and forwarded it
onto to longtime Winston Man turned nonsmoking activist and film producer, Alan
Landers. Alan has indicated that my Woody Allen wordiness may a bit excessive
and in need of some rewrites, but felt confident enough to forward to his
business partner and investor. Keep your fingers crossed. Meanwhile, I understand
that The Dukes of Hazard is now on sale at Walmart so stop on down and pick
yourself a copy and spend an evening or six being entertained by Mayf.

The Chuck Vinci Story: After being extremely frustrated with the lowball
numbers that Networks like to extend for the licensing rights to documentaries we
decided to put Chuck on a nationwide tour that will start sometime in early
2005. Chuck will be visiting weightlifting competitions, health clubs and
clinics around the country as he promotes and sells his new documentary, signs
autographs, and offers demonstrations. Chuck is a two-time Olympic Weightlifting
Gold Medallist, a two-time Pan-American Weightlifting Games Gold Medallist, and
at the age of seventy-two can still pull a thousand pounds in a single dead
lift. A schedule of his appearances will be available come January.

Stardust Records: We've gotten the thumbs up on John David Lamb's
www.johndavidlamb.com video for Cowgirl Crazy, and expect the same with Troy Cook, Jr's
www.troycookjr.com This is My Lazy Day. I wish to thank both the artists and
Col. Buster Doss for bearing with me as I suffered through some personal
setbacks. What should have been an expedient process was slow and drawn out as I
battled with personal demons. They were patient and supportive and I'm very
thankful. For those of you that don't know, Col. Buster Doss is a legend in the
Country Music business, and I expect that under his guidance and tutelage, Troy
and John David will be the same. If you ever want to stop by and settle in to a
good Country Music community make sure to stop by www.stardustcountrymusic.com

The Skip Press Film Venture: Has been temporarily been put on hold. But
knowing this good old Texas boy who is stuck smack dab in the center of Hollywood
it won't be on hold for long. When that call comes, Scott and I will be there.
In the meantime, if you've ever contemplated writing a script, but didn't know
where to start, Skip's your man. This guy has an online screenwriting course
that is accredited by hundred's of Universities around the globe and it sells
for a fraction of the cost of others. What makes it better? To borrow from the
Coen Bros.: Skip's bona fide. He's optioned work for TV and film. It's your
choice, but if you really want to enhance your screenwriting career you need to
check out www.skippress.com

In Other News:

We're just about done editing a video shot for T.C. Bertie. (Thanks again
Col. Doss.) www.tcbertie.com T.C. recorded a song written by Col. Don Chapel
called Mama's Other Man. What a weekend that proved to be. We caught up with an
old actress friend in North Carolina. Heather Lee was not only kind enough to
lend herself and her husband Mickey to the project, but also allowed us to use
her home as one of the sets. What better place to spend an October day than on
a 15-acre horse ranch in North Carolina? Forgive me T.C. I can't remember the
name of the club that was kind enough to lend their support as well, but
ya'all were awesome!
You'll be able to catch T.C. some Saturday afternoon come shortly on PAX. He
just recently finished taping an interview for Pure Country, and as soon as I
hear an air-date I'll let you all know. For those of you that don't know about
Col. Don Chapel, he was married to The First Lady of Country Music, Tammy
Wynette, before she hooked up with George Jones. But with that small fact aside,
Don Chapel is an incredible songwriter and a very nice man who I had the
opportunity to meet in Tullahoma the night we shot John David Lamb's video. Lord's
blessings on that.

We're also going to be working with Rockabilly Hall of Fame Member, and
Traditional Country Music Hall of Fame Member, Col. Robert Morris out of Senatobia,
Mississippi on his tribute song Trucker's Last Ride. www.colonelrobert.com
This is a real honor folks, and again a special thanks to Col. Buster Doss for
making the connection and making this possible.

Keep an eye out for our work to show up at Kevin Smith's "Show us Your
Shorts." www.moviesaskew.com I wouldn't bothering entering if I didn't think we
could make a splash.

Locally, we recently worked with Debra Wiener and her nonprofit group ESTEEM.
It was a great pleasure being able to help her get the word out about
disadvantaged Cleveland area women and children. You can learn more about her work
and how you can be of assistance at www.esteem.addr.com

Around the nation we have treatments in for bands out of NYC, Philadelphia,
Dallas, Detroit and LA. Apparently there's something attractive about unique,
broadcast quality work done at reasonable rates. We can't work for free, mind
you, but make me an offer and I likely won't refuse you.

Scott continues to receive the highest praise for his work in all facets of
his career. He's dedicated and committed to excellence and only enhances every
aspect of Lucid Vision's work. Praise all around for that boy.

Our website www.lucidvisionentertainment.com is being updated under the
skillful eye of Frank Elder. If anyone out there is in need of an awesome web
designer and site maintenance guy, get with Frank. Dude is nails, and can be
reached at thor_godothunder at hotmail.com Tell him LVE sent you.

That's the news for this month.
If you don't hear from me until after the first of the year, have a safe and
happy Holiday Season.

Eric
