hello my name is steve probert and i posted a notice on neohiopal sometime 
ago about a student film project and a search for actors.

i would like to thank everyone who responded and offered their help as it 
was vry much appreciated.

The project will be a final film consisting of re-constructions of several 
of his dreams. There are 8 small vignettes/dreams that he is planning to 
reconstruct and compile into a final film. Each has about 1-5 different 
actors and will be filmed using Super 8mm. Most of these deal with 
reconstructing the situations in his dreams at various locations ranging 
from his apartment to his childhood home and with actors playing family 
members and friends.  there is some sexual content one of the dreams 
(limited to kissing only, nothing graphic) that is not related to any of the 
dreams that i am looking for actors for through neohiopal.

i am currently still looking for four actors to complete shooting and ive 
included descriptions of the actors that i need and synopsisis of the films 
they will be in.

the actors that i am looking for are:

for Doctor's friend
a caucasian male age 30-40
a caucasian male age 40-50

for grandma's disapproval
a caucasian female age 60-65

for burning xmas tree
a caucasian young boy age 5-7

5. Burning X-mas Tree
Actors:
1. Mother: Denise Hedrick (cast)
2. Boy: 5-7yr
Action Synopsis:  A young boy is being picked up at preschool by his mother. 
  He runs into her arms and shows her the gingerbreadman Christmas ornament 
he made.  A shot of the ornament hanging on the tree in the living room of a 
suburban home.  A close shot of the ornament hanging on the tree.  The tree 
bursts into flames and the ornament is seen through the flames.

6. Doctor’s Friend
Actors:
1. Protagonist: 20-25 man (cast)
2. Doctor's Friend: 40-50 man
3. Dr. G: 30-40 man
Action Synopsis: Protagonist awakened from bed by a knock at the door.  He 
answers the door and it is a friend of Dr. G who is sharing the apartment 
with him.  Doctor’s friend enters the door and walks further into the room.  
He is standing in front of the bed and asks if Dr. G is there.  He takes out 
a small gun looking object and aims it at the ceiling.  The ceiling begins 
to swell and drip with water and everything in the room starts getting wet.  
Protagonist scrambles to protect his things from getting wet and Doctors’s 
friend wont stop laughing.  He asks to see Dr. G and walks around to the 
kitchen.  Protagonist and Doctors’s friend are standing in the kitchen and 
Dr. G walks into the room wearing only tight underwear and greets his 
friend.  Dr. G and his friend enjoy a laugh at the destruction of 
protagonist’s belongings and he urges his friend to take off his clothes so 
that he can be more comfortable and he agrees.  Dr. G invites his friend to 
see his lavishly remodeled room.  They both walk into the living room from 
the kitchen and protagonist follows.  The door to Dr. G's room is positioned 
above protagonist’s couch as if to use it as a stair or porch.  Dr. G opens 
the door and the three of them stand in an awkward silence.  Through the 
doorway an expansive and lavish room can be seen.

7. Grandma’s Disapproval
Actors:
1. Protagonist: 20-25 man (cast)
2. Grandma: 60-65 woman
3. Mom: (cast)
Action Synopsis: Protagonist is standing in the dining room looking into the 
kitchen.  He walks forward and sees grandma standing in the corner with an 
angry look.  She explains that she is disgusted by the pictures he made.  
Protagonist walks through the kitchen and down to the basement.  The 
pictures are perched on a shelf by a dimly light lamp.  He picks up the 
pictures and flips through them. The photographs are of a man who looks as 
if he has been recently murdered.  He puts them down and walks back upstairs 
to the kitchen.  As he reaches the top of the stairs protagonist sees his 
mother hunched down in the coat closet.  She seems to be looking for 
something.  Protagonist stands there for some time and watches her, then he 
asks her where grandma went.   She turns and angrily looks at him.  She is 
furious and says that grandma is gone, and she was gone because of him.  
Protagonist sees that she has the electric knife in her hand that she had 
used earlier to cut the meat with and he realizes that she wants to kill 
him.  He sees himself lying on the floor in a bloody pool, like the photos 
he had seen earlier and he runs from her, out of the kitchen.
