Auditions for intermediate, advanced and Cleveland Improv Conservatory 
classes will be held on Dec 11, 2004 beginning at 12pm at the Historic Hermit Club

<DIV><STRONG><U>ATTRIBUTES</U></STRONG><BR>Willingness to work in an elementary school setting (K-6th).<BR>Ability to teach using a variety of dance movements and styles.<BR>Possess an awareness of children's different learning styles.<BR>Acceptance of cultural differences in students.<BR>Competent in working with multi-level dance students combined in one class.<BR>Ability to collaborate with teachers to explore creative movement with students.<BR>Capability of integrating academic subject matter with dance instruction.<BR>Willingness to incorporate the school's annual cultural theme into dance instruction.<BR>Must have effective discipline policy in place.<BR>May have to be available to work flexible hours.</DIV>
<DIV><BR><STRONG><U>QUALIFICATIONS<BR></U></STRONG>Dance experience required.<BR>High school diploma or GED required.<BR>Prior experience working in an educational environment preferred.<BR>Post high school instruction preferred, but not required.</DIV>
