Strongsville Theatre will hold auditions for The Cemetery Club on =
Sunday, December 5 from1 pm to 5 pm, and Monday, December 6 from 7 pm to =
9 pm=20

The Auditions will be held at Old Town Hall, 18825 Royalton Rd. in =
Strongsville.=20

The cast includes 4 women and 1 man.

The Cemetery Club will be directed by Judith Mazur.

Show dates are Feb 11,12,13,18,19,20.  All shows are presented in the =
Little Theatre of Strongsville High School, Lunn Rd. in Strongsville.

TrueNorth Cultural Art's annual Christmas Open House will take place =
Saturday, December 4th, 2005, from 12 noon - 6:00 p.m. Visit and =
experience perfect, unique Holiday Gifts featuring paintings, ceramics, =
jewelry, prints, glass art, enamels and calligraphy, and meet the =
artists. Commissions are always available, whether you are looking for a =
portrait, landscape, picture of your home or your favorite pet! Local =
and resident artists being featured are Ursula Ryan, Anna Baker, Beckett =
Daniel, David Baldanza, Nan Reilly, Christine England, Susan Schauer, =
Teresa Hoenig, Phillip Opp, Glen Kuback Jason Pollack Myrlin Von Glahn, =
Andie Dickman, Janice Reash and Pat Potonic. The Center Staircase will =
feature and highlight abstracts by Jay Miller.


Teresa Hoening, a potter and one of our resident artist featured in the =
Open House, recently designed an ornament for the Ohio State Tree and =
has been invited to the lighting ceremony by the Tafts.


The Holiday Arts Display highlights internationally known calligrapher =
Timothy Botts. Mr. Botts was commissioned to paint a performance piece =
of art based on his book "Messiah" while the TrueNorth Chorale and =
Orchestra performed Handel's Messiah a few years ago. The piece is =
featured in this month's show. Those who have heard Handel's oratorio =
will find their favorite choruses brought powerfully to mind as they =
experience the music through this unique medium of visual art which =
brings the broad scope of the biblical story to life from Christmas to =
Easter.


Throughout the afternoon, music will be provided by TrueNorth musicians, =
providing an opportunity for visitors to meet some of the music teachers =
currently teaching private lessons at TrueNorth. Refreshments will be =
served and a raffle will also take place.
