THE ROSE Concert Hall located in Medina www.therosetheater.com is in the =
process of establishing a musicians cooperative for the purpose of =
providing both local and regional musicians and groups of all ages and =
styles with the opportunity to perform on the stage of what has been =
called "The best sounding room in Ohio".

The cooperative will be on an annual membership fee stuctered on a tier =
basis. The intention is to raise adequate funds for performers to be =
fairly compensated while having appropriate monies available to =
effectively promote each and every performance regardless of genre.

In addition to performance opportunites, THE ROSE recording studio which =
is located within the complex, will be available to record and master =
performances on the stage as well as to provide standard recording =
studio services in a "still" setting. These services will be available =
at a discount to coop members and will also be available to non-member =
individuals and organizations.=20

To date, THE ROSE has recorded over 60 concerts involving local, =
regional and national bands and will be preparing compilation CD's for =
distribution to benefit each of the included performers during the first =
quarter of 2005.=20
