Thanks to all who wrote with your support on this
issue.  I know you want the name of the person, and I
would be willing to give it, but I need to check with
a lawyer first, so I don't get sued for defamation of
character.

I do have emails, which I have printed, stating that
he would be at the place at such and such a time to do
the taping, etc.  

Now I need to find a lawyer (anyone know of one) to
get this guy.  You see, I now have to rent another
facility to run a video of the professional company
(too bad it was their first performance) and pay
another person to do the job.   The production of the
kids cannot be duplicated--and I presold videos which
I now need to reimburse.  The ballet and tap ensembles
need to be redone for a January viewing for a future
performance.
