THE PRINCE OF PILSEN was one of the most successful operettas of the turn of the century and was continually revived on Broadway and throughout the US into the 1940s.  It has a lilting score by Gustav Luders, producing many popular song hits, and an uproarious book by Richfield, Ohio native, Frank Pixley.  THE PRINCE OF PILSEN requires a large cast and chorus and the Canton Comic Opera Company would like to involve as many people as possible in this production.  It offers a great opportunity for both principals and chorus members.  If anyone interested in auditioning and cannot attend any of the audition dates, please contact us at the phone number or email address above.

The Canton Comic Opera Company is also looking for volunteer ORCHESTRA MUSICIANS, BACKSTAGE/TECH CREW,  SET/COSTUME BUILDERS, REHEARSAL ACCOMPANISTS, USHERS and general VOLUNTEERS for THE PRINCE OF PILSEN.
