The Other Theater Project proudly presents:

"Adaptation" by Elaine May Directed by Russel Stich

@ The Cleveland Black Box Theater

      (inside Cabaret Dada)

     1210 W. 6th Street, Cleveland

The Other Theater Project is pleased to announce their second production; "Adaptation" opening February 3rd 2005.

"Adaptation" shows us all that life is a game, a contest in which the participants create a picture of man from birth to death, with all of its madness, familiarity and nonsense. Incident after incident makes you laugh and suddenly you stop to think; maybe you're laughing at yourself.

The Other Theater Project is thrilled with the talented cast it’s been able to assemble for this production, including Allen Branstein, Chris Hegedus, Jimmy Helms, Rose Leininger, Natalie Stefanik and Gilgamesh Taggett.

In addition to May’s hysterical one act, The Other Theater Project is presenting an original comedy sketch and chances to win prizes in our own version of “Let’s Make Deal”. The Valentine’s Day closing night performance will feature even more specials & give-aways.

The Other Theater Project is a new production company which was created by Aaron Patterson and Russel Stich, with the goal of keeping artistic people working in an artistic environment. Executive producers Stich and Patterson are both Cleveland based actors who have directed locally. They first worked together in “Tony ‘n Tina’s Wedding” and are currently cast members at Cabaret Dada Improvisational Theater. This new venture will be based out of The Cleveland Black Box Theater an independent productions venue that operates in Dada’s 130 seat space.

Tickets for "Adaptation" are $10 and can be reserved by calling The Cleveland Black Box Theater at

(216) 696-4242.

Performances: Feb. 3rd, 4th, 10th, 11th & 14th @ 8:00 p.m.

Sunday February 6th @ 2:00 p.m.

Sunday February 13th @ 7:00 p.m.

The Other Theater Project:

Not too long...not too smart...theater done right.
