Aw, c'mon! If Randy's letter doesn't apply to you, be glad and just let it 
go. If it does apply, find the chops to let it in. 
I have fortunately never been in a local production which suffered from the 
afflictions Randy describes, but I'm sure he knows what he's talking about -- 
and I admire HIS chops in speaking up in the hopes of helping of our 
long-struggling theater community.
