Tai Chi Chuan

=20

=20

Join Tammy Starr as she shares the techniques of Tai Chi Chuan- an
exercise form based on the Taoist principles of Yin and Yang. Though
intended as training for martial arts, Tai Chi Chuan form presents a
moving meditative quality that can have positive impact on participants'
health, by both loosening and stretching the body and by reducing
stress. Experiencing Tai Chi Chuan leaves you feeling vital, fresh and
restored. You may register for any or all of the four sessions. Wear
comfortable clothes.
