Hudson Players to Host Murder Mystery as Part of 60th Anniversary
Celebration and You're Invited!!!!



The Hudson Players are holding an open invitation 60th Anniversary Party on
Saturday, March 5, 2005 at the American Legion Hall in Hudson. The evening
will include dinner, dancing, cash bar and an interactive audience
participation murder mystery presented by Mr. E. Murders entitled “I Hated
You In High School.”



“We decided that the best way to celebrate our 60 seasons was to have a
great evening where anyone and everyone who wanted to come out could have a
great evening of fun and entertainment,” said Gary Maher, Hudson Players
Board Member. “Our interactive murder mystery has a reunion theme, so that
should fit right in with the rest of the evening.”



The evening will be held and the new American Legion Post 464 on Hudson
Drive in Hudson, Ohio. Tickets are $48.00 per person and include dinner,
dancing and the interactive murder mystery. The players also promise some
extra touches as part of their celebration year. Reservations can be made by
calling Trish Davis at 330-650-2333. With a limited number of tickets
available, calling early is recommended.



Currently the Hudson Players have “Annie Get Your Gun” in production, Friday
and Saturday evenings until February 25, with a single matinee on February
20th. Reservations for “Annie Get Your Gun” can be made by calling
330-655-8522.



Next up for the group will be a production of I Hate Hamlet. Auditions will
be held Sunday and Monday, March 6 & 7, at 7 p.m. at the Barlow Community
Center, with the show scheduled to run May 6, 7, 13, 14, 20 & 21.



The Hudson Players are one of the area’s longest running community theaters
and are members of the Hudson Chamber of Commerce, The Ohio Community
Theatre Association and the American Association of Community Theater. The
Hudson Players are a non-profit 501-C-3 organization.
