Announces 2nd Presidential Award Recipient
February 21, 2005 : Tom Neff, President of Chagrin Valley Little =
Theatre, awards Bob Fortlage with a President's Award, Tuesday, Feb =
15,2005. The following represents the presentation made by Tom Neff:
"You have been a vital player at Chagrin Valley Little Theatre in =
innumberable roles and this evening on behalf of all involved in the =
Theatre's life, I would like to recognize the depth of your service over =
your many years here.
As a Board Member and past President, actor, writer, director, events =
organizer and concessionaire of the first order, all of us are indebted =
to you for your unselfish energy and earnerness demonstrated regularly =
at CVLT. This, our 75th Anniversary, epitomizes what you have done for =
us: Co-Chair of our events and activites, writer and villain of Murder =
by the Falls, on-stage organizer of Ghosts & Goblins and Gingerbread =
Tea, actor in Seussical, Production and Technical Board member, and as =
always serving and master-minding the world of concessions and arranging =
for volunteers.
What you have done for Theatre 75 is one more well-written chapter of a =
book that includes you in many of its pages.
To you and the extremely able Myra at your side we say a hearty thank =
you for all you both have done. We are pleased to recognize your years =
of service in the theatre, most exclusively at CVLT, with this =
President's Award. Enjoy a most well deserved dinner at one of our =
Gamekeeper's partner restaurants and know that your associates salute =
you for what you have done for CVLT and in spirit wiill share a toast =
with you and Myra".
