Hi everyone.....

here is the first official e-mail for the ANNUAL ROCK & ROLL RELIEF 2005...
Tommy Amato CALLED...he is going to do what he promised he would...BE BACK=20
THIS YEAR TO PLAY!!!!!

Furthermore, he wants to be involved and has actually initiated this years=20
show.
It will benefit the family of deceased Rocker Randy Castile (of OZZY=20
Osbourne's Band).
THIS IS WHAT TOMMY WANTS TO DO....HE IS AS PASSIONATE ABOUT HELPING Randy's=20
family as we were last year to help him. Randy died from the same Lymphoma t=
hat=20
Tommy has.

He is going to call in as many famed rockers as he can muster....my idea was=
=20
to make this thing an ALL STAR DRUMMER SHOW.....Drummers from as many=20
legendary bands as we can get!!! Drummers from bands like:=20
KISS...OZZY....SKYNARD....PAT BENETAR....JOE WALSH....ROBERT PLANT.....

Local Bands that will be asked to appear will be Tommy Amato RELATED...
LOVERS LANE
SOUVENIR
STAR FLEET
ANDY GEROME
BEAU COUP

Headlining will be THE TOMMY AMATO ALL STAR JAM BAND
This will be a Tommy's core band with selected GUEST artists to perform...=20
(like I said, we are looking to feature FAMOUS DRUMMERS in this set)

SO....

WE WILL NEED SUPPORT, IDEAS, HELP!!!!!!!!

IF YOU ARE ON BOARD, PLEASE RESPOND.   We need some key people to take on=20
certain responsibilities.....please let me know what you can and are willing=
 to=20
take on....

here is what we need:

FAMOUS DRUMMERS ...or drummers who have played with a FAMOUS band...
(your cousin Pete, who played with some Band at the Agora in the 70's doesn'=
t=20
count!!!)

A VENUE with a STAGE for FREE!!!!!!!!!!!=20
(any ideas????)

PRODUCTION/GEAR & MANPOWER
(Sound system, PA, Lights, etc...AND the guys to run it....know anyone=20
willing to donate?)

PUBLICITY  =20
(RADIO, NEWSPAPER, TV, POSTER/FLYER DISTRIBUTION)

PROGRAM CO-ORDINATOR
GRAPHIC DESIGNER/PRINTER=20
(programs, posters, flyers, t-shirts, backstage passes)

AUCTION CO-ORDINATOR
someone to gather and log all of the auction items=20
(there are alot of friends in the musical community who will help solicit=20
gifts and auction items...
you will not be solely responsible for "finding" the goodies)
Actually Tommy will be getting quite a bit of really good R&R memorabilia=20
from his rocker contacts.

STAGE MANAGER=20
Important guy....(NOTICE I SAID GUY)......this is not a chick thing!!!!!!!!!
Co-ordinates the bands/gear on stage....set up/tear down....

WE NEED EVERYONE TO SELL TICKETS...
(that means taking a packet of 20 or more and selling them OR distributing=20
them to friends to sell!!)
