CROPS
A feature length (100 minute +) sci fi/action/military style digital film. Differed pay.
Storyline:
The future is here and Earth is threatened by extra-terrestrials. A special team is formed, ACE (Alien Combat Element), an elite team of the best military personnel from around the globe, to battle the alien terror. Even using the aliens' technology against them is not enough. Anna, a 16 year old, may be the Earth's only hope.
Casting for:
SNIPE (ALREADY CAST), AKA Corporal Angela Huntington: Early 20's British female. Military brat who grew up in it. Specialty, sniper.
SARGE, AKA Sergeant Jack Beckman: Late 20's to early 40's male. A very calm and subtle Marine. Specialty, squad leader.
GUNS, AKA Corporal Blake Anderson: Late 20's to early 40's black male. Muscular type, underestimated for his smarts because of his strength. Specialty, heavy weapons. Has a tattoo of machine guns on his arms.
GEEK, AKA Corporal Charles Bast: Early - mid 20's male. Has a crush on Snipe. Is a bit of a spaz. Specialty, computers and gadgets.
DOC (ALREADY CAST), AKA Doctor Hellen Steinbach. Research scientist who works for ACE (Alien Combat Element, a secret organization to combat the threat of extraterrestrials.)
ANNA (ALREADY CAST), Parents were taken away by aliens. She gets rescued by ACE. DOC finds out a lot of special things about her. She becomes one of the most important elements in combating the alien threat.
CAPTAIN CASTLE, A strong military vet who's been with ACE for years.
COLONEL JONES, ACE-MCC (Alien Combat Element - Military Command Center) commander. Tough military vet.
MAGGIE ROSS, A sergeant in ACE. One of the toughest gals on base.
COLONEL MASASHI MATSUSHITA, Asian male, around SARGE's age. SARGE's old buddy who went the officer route. He's now his commanding officer. They're still close friends so formality is only an option between them.
Several other supporting roles to play military personnel and scientists / researchers.
