             NIGHTMARE SOCIETY
Formed in 2004 by Boliver's renowned Trail of Terror,the Nightmare Society is a group of actors, make-up artists, and craftamen who are dedicated to the art of theatrical horror. It is our goal to cultivate the best talent in the area and provide a creative enviroment where members can expand their skills, share knowledge, learn to improv, form freindships, and ultimately,join us in expanding the wicked fun of Halloween beyond October.
 
The Nightmare Society is Digging Up Bodies for their 2005 season. Are you a stage actor in search of a different outlet?  Have you dabbled in effects  make-up or costuming, but have no venue to show off your skills? Then you may be a perfect candidate to join the NIGHTMARE SOCIETY. 
 
Applicants to the NIGHTMARE SOCIETY will be evaluated on their skills and their potential to develop artistically. Those not immediately accepted will be incouraged to further advance their talents at one of our many workshops then be reevaluated.
 
Certified members of the NIGHTMARE SOCIETY will have the opportunity to show off their skills at Ohio's famous Trail of Terror.
 
Members are also eligible for special discounts on make-up and supplies at Marsino's in Canton and Rainbow Party Rentals in Dover.
 
                                              Workshop Basic Info
We welcome beginners as well as seasoned professionals to join us for one, a few, or all of our fun, informative workshops to hone skills in acting, make-up, costuming and more. We challenge each participant to make the fullest use of his or her intellect, imagination and individuality.
 
Those who excel in the workshops will be certified by the Nightmare Society and become eligible for all the benefits of membership.
 
Workshops will be held monthly at The Canton Museum of Art and will last approximately 3 hours. A small fee of $5.00 per workshop will be required to cover the cost of supplies used during the lesson.
