Starting  in the fall of 2005, _Fairmount Center  for the Creative Performin=

The Fairmount Theatre Institute=20
The  Institute will offer full process, multidisciplinary performance=20
training for  youth, teens and adults from novice to pre-professional to stu=
dio=20
professional  workshops.  =20
Philosophically,  the program will be a continuation of its highly successfu=

, and Tom Fulton=E2=80=99s _Professional Acting  Workshops_=20
(http://www.fairmountcenter.org/theatrepro.htm) .  The goals of the program=20=
will be to expose the=20
theater  artist to the inner workings of a true conservatory program and pre=
pare the=20
 pre-college and college students for the rigors and joys of the top theater=
 =20
conservatory programs in the country.  We plan to have workshops in acting,=20=
=20
musical theatre, Shakespeare, improvisation, mime/theater movement, dance, =20
voice, and speech. In addition to core classes and specialized workshops, gu=
est =20
artists from the professional theatre will hold workshops and intensives on=20
the  practical reality of making a living as theatre artists. =20
