[NEohioPAL]delivery problems of neohiopal to AOL subscribers

Over the last week or so there has been a significant delay in  delivery of 
neohiopal mail to AOL subscribers.  I have been communicating  with Hostway 
about it but the problem is unresolved.  At this point I am  not sure if it is a 
problem with Hostway or with AOL.

I will continue to try to troubleshoot and fix the problem, but at  this 
point the best solution is still to use a different mail service for your  
neohiopal mail like yahoo or hotmail.
