Smmer 2005 Honors Voice Workshop
for High School Students entering grades 9-12 in Fall 2005
June 16 - July 14, 2005 
Audition required

This workshop is designed for beginning through advanced high 
school students who are serious about studying voice and vocal 
performance.

Through classes, private lessons and a culminating recital, students 
will have the opportunity to:
- Study the human voice and correct vocal techniques
- Analyze and improve vocal strengths and weaknesses
- Increase sightreading skills through the use of interval analysis and 
solfege
- Learn several songs for solo performance, including musical 
theatre and classical art songs and arias
- Choose several songs for theatrical, solo or college auditions
- Gain performaning experience in class and recital
