This position allows individual to work from home and set negotiable flex=20

Duties include:=A0=20
. Assist Director in researching grants to seek funding; and writing=20
proposals to obtain financial support from foundations, corporations, busine=
sses,=20
community and civic organizations, and individuals for=A0 performances, spec=
ial=20
events and training programs.

Requirements:
.=A0 Experience in research & proposal writing
.=A0 Excellent writing skills
.=A0 Knowledge of fundraising concepts and practices
.=A0 Ability to identify and follow-up with decision makers.
.=A0 Computer and internet skills.
.=A0 Meet deadlines.

Salary:
. Commission only, multi-tiered level options to start.=20
. Potential for future salary base, contingent on funding results.
