The Cleveland Play House seeks a Patron Services Manager. This is a 
full-time salaried position with scheduled office hours Tuesday through 
Saturday, from 12:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Responsible for all Front-of-House 
activities for The Play House's five-theatre complex. Duties include 
serving as Front-of-House Manager for all Mainstage and Children's Theatre 
productions as well as outside rentals, coordinating all Front-of-House 
staff, recruiting and scheduling ushers and maintaining a core group of 
volunteers. Serves as the Theatre's liaison to patrons, volunteers and 
staff. Manages food/beverage sales at lobby bar, implements lobby 
promotions, responsible for lobby appearance. Reports to Marketing 
Director.
