Actually, according to Snopes.com, this scam can work, but only on =
businesses and organizations that require a '9' be pressed to reach an =
outside line.    Most, if not all households are safe from this.

I am directing a junior high production of THE WIZ.  I very little budget.  I am looking to borrow Wizard of Oz-type costumes such as Dorothy, Lion, Tin Man, Scarecrow.  These are 8th graders, but they wear adult sized clothes.
