First floor apartment of house. 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, $505/mo.
I am the tenant that lives upstairs (29 yr old female), and I'm helping my
landlord out on this because I want a cool downstairs neighbor!
The house is in the quaint village of Mogadore. I love it here, living in a
nice, quiet, safe (the cops are everywhere out here), family oriented
neighborhood with a yard. The downstairs apt. has a nice big porch that I
hope you don't mind me sitting on sometimes, a basement which I hope you'll
share if there's a tornado, and washer/dryer hookups. Big kitchen/dining
room. Lots of windows. Wood floors. We pay for gas heat and electric, and
have our own off-street parking in back of the house. Our landlord is very
cool. This same apartment in as nice a neighborhood within the city of Akron
would cost way more. Yet Mogadore isn't far out of Akron, either. Close to
Ellet but nicer than Ellet imo.
Cats ok, dogs negotiable at best. I tend to stay up late if I don't have to
work, and I work weird hours, so whoever moves in down there is going to
sometimes hear me walking around at 3, 4 am...that's why you gotta be cool.
I'm not loud or disrespectful and my floors are mostly carpeted, but the
walls are thin.
Available in June if not earlier. Email me and tell me about yourself and
what I might find cool about you (I dig animals, travel, dancing, lean to
the left, and like classic rock, rock, folk-rock, late 60s, 70s, 80s etc but
hate country and rap; also I don't do drugs or smoke or drink), and maybe
I'll tell my landlord about ya :-) He is very picky and will keep the
property vacant before he puts someone unreliable in there, and he does
background checks. So you have to be cool yet responsible and respectful.
Since I'm single I'd prefer a dude and no screaming little children, but
maybe you can win me over ;-)
