If you've seen a convergence-continuum production, you've seen the big red
brick Victorian home it's attached to.  It's divided into  3 apartments:
one is home to the artistic and executive directors of
convergence-continuum; another is the new abode of a singer/songwriter. 
The third one has recently become available.  It's a newly renovated
one-bedroom apt. along a garden and deck, has high ceilings, big walkin-in
closet, eatin-in kitchen, etc. for $465/mo (+ deposit).  And of course,
our tenants are comped to all convergence-continuum's shows.
