ANNOUNCING AUDITIONS
May 28th and 29th, 2005 for all parts for 
M A D N E S S
a sort of "The Shining" meets Columbine, filming in the late summer of this year. WARNING: This is a no budget feature with deferred pay, copy, meals and percentages. It may also be filmed under the SAG experimental budget agreement depending on the casting results. Though the producers cannot promise that the film will make money (but it will), we can promise a fair and equitable contract if money is made, a wonderful working relationship, excellent experience and exposure, and a final product that will enhance your demo reel.For more information on whether working for no pay can be beneficial to you, visit www.gotpay.org 
CHARACTER BREAKDOWN:
Though the names sound white, we're not ruling out any ethnicity and will modify the script to suit the best actors for the parts. 

Alex, a tormented young man, is between 18 and 20 and is shy and reclusive.

Megan is an old flame of Alex's, but nothing ever happened between them. She is strong in character and very confident.

Karen, Alex's stepsister, is pretty self assured, to the point of arrogance.

Heather is superficial and has few cares to weigh her down, she's the second to die.

Jenny is the first to die even though she's smart and very together.

Bonnie, Alex's stepmom, is attractive but brash and vulgar.

Paul, Alex's dad, is controlled by his wife and rarely stands up for himself.

Young Alex is about 8 - 9 years old and appears in flashbacks.

EASTSIDE
