May 16, 2005 :    Comedy erupts when four couples are at the townhouse =
of a deputy New York City mayor and his wife to celebrate their tenth =
wedding anniversary. The party never begins because the host has shot =
himself in the head (it's only a flesh wound) and his wife is missing. =
His lawyer's cover-up gets progressively more difficult to sustain as =
the other guests arrive and nobody can remember who has been told what =
about whom. Doors slam and hilarity abounds as the couples get more and =
more crazed!

The Lorain County Children's Pioneer Theatre still has spaces available for=
 this summer's workshop.  LCCPT (www.lccpt.8m.net) is a theatre day camp fo=
r children ages 5-18.  This four-week program (3 weeks for our "minis" ente=
ring Kindergarten in the fall) teaches students acting, voice, movement and=
 social skills through classes and a theatrical production.  This year's wo=
rkshop will be held Monday - Friday, June 20 - July 15 from 9:15 AM - 2:20 =
PM daily.  No classes on Monday July 4.  All classes and rehearsals are hel=
d at Prospect Elementary School in Elyria, Ohio.  In conjunction with the c=
lasses, all workshop students will participate in the production of "The So=
und of Music," Rogers and Hammerstein's timeless classic.  Performances of =
"The Sound of Music" (and all dress rehearsals during the workshop hours th=
e week preceding the performances) will be held at the Stocker Performing A=
rts Center at Lorain County Community College on the evenings of July 15 an=
d July 16 and will be open to the public.

This is LCCPT's 30th Anniversary and we are pleased to be presenting at Sto=
cker Center during their 25th Anniversary season.  LCCPT was the first arts=
 organization to perform on the Stocker Center stage in 1980.

The LCCPT program is $185.00 for our 4-week regular program (1st grade thro=
ugh 12th grade) and $160.00 for our 3-week minis program (Kindergarteners).=
  Minis program begins on June 27.  NEOHIOPAL SPECIAL:  For a limited time =
only, if you respond to this NEOHIOPAL posting, LCCPT registration is $10.0=
0 off ($175.00 or $150.00).  Multi-child family discounts are also availabl=
e.  To keep these registration costs down, all registered students and pare=
nts will be asked to participate in various fundraisers during the workshop=
 period.  Our most successful have been our 50/50 raffle, candy sale and si=
lent auction.
