A castle, a grand Shakespearean comedy, a story revolving around two =
sets of "grand"parents, regal "hattitude," a comedy built on "grand =

Adapted by Jessie Braham White based on the fairy tale by the Brothers =

A family treat! After escaping the evil queen's clutches, Snow White =
finds her way to a happy glen and the home of seven friendly dwarfs.

Much Ado About Nothing - September 14 - October 2, 2005

The third of three plays set in Thebes that comprise Sophocles' Oedipus =
trilogy. Antigone defies the threat of death should she provide decent =
burial for her brother. She is walled in a tomb where she hangs herself =
- and the Greek tragedy is complete.

The hills of the Merriman Valley come alive with this beloved tale of =
love against all odds. Maria, who wants to become a nun, is sent to =
serve as a governess to a widowed naval captain and his seven unruly =
children. As she wins the hearts of the children, her heart discovers =
its own budding love.
The John L. Dietz Classroom/Theater will feature a revival of Angels in =
America: Part I: Millenniun Approaches November 10 - 19, 2005. This play =
was the inaugural production of the Dietz theater last season. Angels in =
America: Part II: Perestroika will be presented May 18 - 28, 2006. Other =
special events include Nunsense Amen II (September 19, 2005) and the =
Women's Board sponsored murder mystery by Mysteries by Moushey (November =
26, 2005).

A wide variety of subscription packages are currently on sale. Season =
brochures will be available at the Playhouse by the end of June. =
Weathervane's 2005-2006 season is generously supported by the Ohio Arts =
Council, WKSU 89.7 FM, the GAR Foundation and The Goodyear Tire and =
Rubber Company.
