GROUNDWORKS DANCETHEATER INVITES YOU TO 
CAIN PARK’S ALMA THEATER FOR A HOT SUMMER CONCERT JULY 1 – 3, 2005 

Friday, July 1st through Sunday July 3rd 2005. 
Friday and Saturday performances begin at 7:30pm with a new Sunday performance at 2pm. 

Tickets are $18-$20 and can be purchased in advance by calling Ticketmaster at 216-241-5555, or by calling the Cain Park box office at 216-371-3000. Tickets can also be purchased online at ticketmaster.com.

This program features three captivating and varied works including a new premiere by Artistic Director, David Shimotakahara, also "Ephemeral" choreographed by Shimotakahara with original score by GroundWorks Director of Music, Gustavo Aguilar, and Beth Corning’s haunting piece, "At Once There Was a House".
 
Wilma Salisbury of The Plain Dealer says “…they [GroundWorks] fill the intimate performance space with smoldering energy” in "Ephemeral" and Elaine Guregian of the Akron Beacon Journal says “Corning set the brain racing, and the mental spirit was invigorating” in "At Once There Was a House".

Ticket Information

Advance tickets are available for $18-$20; tickets are priced at $23-$25 the day of performance.  Seniors and students with a valid ID receive a $2 discount; military personal with a valid ID receive a $3 discount for up to two people per ID through the Cain Park ticket office only.  

Cain Park is produced by the City of Cleveland Heights and is handicapped accessible.
