“Women on the Verge…..of figuring it out”

Opens June 9, 2005

 

An evening of one act fun featuring:  

             

 

  “Brownie Points: boldly going where no Brownie has gone before” written by: Nicolle Nattrass* 

                        And

“Harvesting the Marigold Seeds” written by Cleveland Native: Maureen Brady Johnson

 

 

“Brownie Points” is a one woman show that will feature local actress Natalie Stefanek as Veronica Delight, a 28 year old Brownie.  Veronica Delight is in search of the Answer, but first she must identify the Question.  Packing a giant magic mushroom, a pack of smokes, and a wicked world view, Veronica embarks on a comedic journey that tackles virginity, dating, childhood angst and the meaning of life.  

 

 

“Harvesting the Marigold Seeds” is set in a local exercise gym where 4 women meet on a regular basis to exercise and discuss the life-changing events in each of their lives.  Journey with these women as they share their fears and dreams while exercising their ghosts and “mother” issues away.  

 

Show Dates:  June 6th through June 26th.  

Thursday and Friday’s at 7:30

Sunday’s at 3:30

 

Performance Location: Cleveland Black Box Theater

                                    (located inside Cabaret Dada)

                                    1210 W 6th Street, Cleveland
