Don't miss Kassaba at Nighttown this Saturday, June 25
at 9:00 pm. The quartet will present its unique brand
of music that features piano, bass, saxophones and
more than 25 hand percussion instruments. The group
consists of Greg Slawson, pianist and composer for the
ensemble, who also plays a lot of the percussion.
Candice Lee will also play piano and percussion, Mark
Boich plays saxophones and percussion and the newst
member of the group, Chris Vance, plays bass and
percussion.

Come watch the members of Kassaba move around during
the pieces to play up to 15 different intruments in
one piece. They will present a world premiere
composition as well. All of their music is original
and is influneced by jazz, classical and other genres.
