is working with
Two Martinis Productions US
and a consortium of investors with the possible new development of an
independent film studio.
 
The studio is to provide oportunities for local independent film makers. At present, both companies and investors are seeking a 20,000 sq ft facility (5,000 sq ft building and 15,000 sq ft lot).
