NEAR WEST THEATRE LOCATED IN THE OHIO CITY AREA IS LOOKING TO HIRE A BASS
PLAYER (ACOUSTIC OR ELECTRIC) FOR OUR UPCOMING PRODUCTION OF OKLAHOMA!

I'M SCHEDULING TWO BAND ONLY REHEARSALS
FOR OKLAHOMA!
FRIDAY, July 15, 7:30pm - 11pm
AND SATURDAY, July 16, 4:00-6:00pm (time negotiable)
It's a big score, lots of dance music and I'd like to get it as tight as
possible before we play with the cast on Sunday. After Friday night,
if we don't feel we need Saturday we can cancel it.
MARATHON DRESS SUNDAY is July 17, 2:00-10:00pm
The remaining Dress Rehearsals are Monday thru Thursday,
July 18, 19, 20, 21 at 7:30-11:00pm
OPENING NITE is Friday, July 22 7:30pm PERFORMANCE
Saturday, July 23 7:30pm PERFORMANCE
Thursday, July 28 7:30pm PERFORMANCE
Friday, July 29 7:30pm PERFORMANCE
Saturday, July 30 7:30pm PERFORMANCE
Friday, August 5 7:30pm PERFORMANCE
Saturday, August 6 7:30pm PERFORMANCE
Sunday, August 7 3:00pm CLOSING PERFORMANCE
Stipends are the same: $30 for each rehearsal, $50 per performance.
All day Sunday counts as two rehearsals.
Grand Total of payment would be $640 for all rehearsals and performances,
including the double rehearsal on Marathon Sunday.
All orchestra parts are in and in a box at the theatre. Feel free to come up
some time and get yours. Call me first so you come up when we're there!
I'm looking to hire a bass player and a synth player for string sounds. Any
ideas?
