In addition to its regular season at CSU, Cleveland Art Theatre will also host a
READERS' THEATRE SEASON at its University Circle location - 11619 Euclid Avenue.

This exciting venture will consist of a range of well-known classics from the African American Experience and BEYOND! For example: DAY OF ABSENCE and HAPPY ENDING (two one acts) by Douglas Turner Ward and PERICLES by William Shakespeare. (Is that a range or what??) There are other works under consideration, but we'd like your suggestions.

SO we're looking for YOU --- to make recommendations, to direct, to read, or to become an audience member.

Give us a holler at clevearttheatre at sbcglobal.net or call (216) 229-9718
DEADLINE FOR PLAY SUGGESTIONS IS WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 31.

As a part of CAT's AWOL (Artists Working On Living) PROGRAM, the last Monday of each month will be reserved for READERS' THEATRE from September 2005 through May 2006. Hostesses for the series are Conni Blair and Renee Matthews-Jackson.
