WOODWIND QUARTET on SUNDAY, AUGUST 21 from NOON to 1PM
at the Waterloo Arts Festival "ART ON THE 'LOO".

Also at the Festival: jugglers, stilt walkers, face painters, art sale,
rock 'n' roll flea market, family area, film fest, poetry slam, parade, 
great food, 12 main-stage bands, and more!

Festival Times: Saturday, Aug.20: 11AM-7PM; Sunday, Aug.21: 11AM-5PM.
