They=E2=80=99re Playing Our Song September 8 through September 25=20
Book by Neil Simon. Music by Marvin Hamlisch. Lyrics by Carol Bayer Sager.=20
=E2=80=98Our Song=E2=80=99 is a funny, romantic show about an established p=
op composer and=20
his relationship with an aspiring young female lyricist. Professionally,=20
their relationship works beautifully =E2=80=93 but it=E2=80=99s  a different=
 story on the home=20
front. =20
Turn of the Screw October 6 through=20
October 23=20
Adapted by Jeffrey Hatcher from the story by Henry James=20
A young governess journeys to a lonely English manor house to care for two=20
recently orphaned children. Now the new governess has begun to see specters=
=20
haunting the children, and she must find a way to stop the fiends before it=
 is=20
too late. But one frightening question tortures the would-be heroine: Are t=
he=20
ghosts real, or are they the product of her own fevered imagination?=20
Clarence Darrow November 3 through November 20=20
By David W. Rintels, based on Clarence Darrow for the Devense by Irving=20
Stone. =20
>From the Scopes =E2=80=9CMonkey=E2=80=9D trial to the sensational Leopold-L=
oeb case, Darrow=20
reviews much of America=E2=80=99s legal history with salty humor, courtroom=
 gusto=20
and human relish. His private life and the history of the nation are woven=20=
into=20
this story of a man who accepted unpopular cases and defended unpopular=20
causes. =20
Uh, Oh, Here Comes Christmas December 1 through December 23 (No=20
performances December 16 &  17)=20
Based upon books by Robert Fulghum. Adapted by Ernest Zulia and David=20

Fifteen short holiday stories from the international best-selling author of=
=20
All I Really Need to Know I Learned in Kindergarten have been crafted into=20=
an=20
unforgettable evening of story and song. The play is a soulful search for=20
the holiday spirit amid the waves of commercialism, stress and chaos that s=
eem=20
to come crashing down around Halloween. =20
Shame the Devil: An Audience With Fanny Kemble January 12=20
through 29 =20
By Anne  Ludlum =20
Late on an October evening in 1850, Fanny Kemble bursts into her Manhattan=20
parlor to spend the evening with friends while she waits for the reviews of=
=20
her debut as a solo interpreter of Shakespeare. She takes the opportunity t=
o=20
talk of her transformation from a star of the London stage, to the mistress=
 of=20
a Georgia slave plantation, her divorce as the result of her abolitionist=20
actions, and her triumphant return to the stage.=20
Inside Out February 16 through March 5=20
Book by Doug Haverty. Music by Adryan Russ. Lyrics by Adryan Russ and Doug=20
Haverty. =20
Desperate, smart, sassy, affectionate, aware and determined women give and=20
get support in spirited weekly meetings guided by Grace, a savvy therapist.=
 A=20
hesitant new member, alters the chemistry of the group and stimulates a rou=
nd=20
of evocative and uplifting breakthroughs. Women=E2=80=99s issues are explor=
ed with=20
humor, wit, and sensitivity. The vibrant score ranges from hysterical Broad=
way=20
patter to no-holds-barred gospel and good-time doowop. The play includes on=
e=20
song which explains once and for all what women want of men.=20
A Midsummer  Night=E2=80=99s Dream   March 23 through April  9=20
By William  Shakespeare=20
Young lovers, mischievous fairies, well-meaning community actors, poetry,=20
passion and pratfalls combine to create Shakespeare=E2=80=99s most accessib=
le play.=20
All in the Timing April 27 through May 14=20
by David  Ives=20
This wildly funny evening of short sketch comedies combines wit, intellect,=
=20
satire and just plain fun. In Sure Thing two people meet in a caf=C3=A9 and=
 find=20
their way through a conversational minefield with a bell interrupting wrong=
=20
steps on the path to love. Words, Words, Words has three monkeys with=20
typewriters attempting to write Hamlet. Variations on the Death of Trotsky =20=
shows us=20
the revolutionary on the day of his demise, trying to comprehend the axe he=
=E2=80=99s=20
found imbedded in his head. Also includes The Universal Language, Phillip=20
Glass Buys a Loaf of Bread, and The Philadelphia. =20
