OPEN MIKE for "Dead Poets Reading"  

 

      Amidst preparations for iNGENUiTY Art and Technology Festival, the
mike is "OPEN" to dead poets whose matter still moves.  Give voice to -
Adeleide Simon, Alois Zimmerman, Betty Blakeslee, Cy Dostal, d.a. levy,
Daniel Thompson, James Kilgore, Kate Murphy, malachi, Robert Wallace,
and Tim Calhoun, (or a poet you remember), and join other creative
spirits at The Galleria for "DEAD POETS READING - Too Long Unspoken
Words" on August 20 from 2-4 p.m. 

 

      Mystery moderators will resurrect dead poets who continue to
inspire.  Following their long silence, "DEAD POETS READING' will share
the poems and experiences that still matter to friends of the cultural
bards - 2:00 p.m. at The Galleria on Saturdays through September 24.

      The Arts Network rallies unique artists together to collaborate in
creative projects, which stimulate their professional development.
Since 1986, the Network has provided education outreach and community
service through the arts.   The dawning of this Millennium brings new
challenges, and with them new tools to keep us busy "Creating solutions"
in these changing times.  

      The Galleria at Erieview Plaza is located in Civic City Centre
close to Lake Erie at East 9th Street between St. Clair and Lakeside
Avenue.  Paid parking in secure underground garage at E. 9th Street and
Lakeside Avenue.  The Galleria Food Court opens at 6:30 a.m. for twelve
hours, and two full-service restaurants on the second level are open
from lunch until 9:00 p.m.
