Specialty Classes in September

 

Tai Chi & QiQong

 

Saturday Mornings 7:00 - 8:00 am

 

Tai Chi & QiQong are often described as meditation in motion.  They were developed in China over 2,500 years ago and are a calm, low-impact aerobic activity with graceful movements.  When practiced regularly they provide the benefits of aerobic exercise, strength training, and flexibility.
