The  Powerhouse Pub and Cabaret is located in The Historic Powerhouse at=20
Nautica. We  were proud to be the home of Flanagan's Wake for over two  year=
s=20

The Pub  and Cabaret can hold up to 330 people (190 comfortably seated=20
theater style  or at tables).  The space boasts a  stage (24'Wx12'D), limite=
d stage=20
lighting, 2 sound systems, D.J.  Booth, 7 televisions with closed circuit=20
camera on the stage, VCR and DVD  capabilities, back stage dressing area and=
=20
restrooms. We have a full service  bar with 7 day privileges. The building a=
nd our=20
space  is totally handicapped accessible.=20

The  Powerhouse is centrally located for all; from the  east, west or  south=
=20
and offers safe, secure lighted parking. The building is also home to The=20
Cleveland Improv Comedy Club, The Shark  Club dance club, Windows on The Riv=
er,=20
two restaurants and the famous dueling  piano bar Howl at the Moon Saloon.=20

We are  anxious to entertain possibilities and proposals  for the use of the=
